Removed my trailer brakes

I posted an article a while back trying to get someone to swap regular trailer hubs for my brake setup. Most of the hardware was fairly new. No bites. I have cut down some hubs before in my younger years, so to do it again with better tools was a not a problem since I did not have the money to buy new hubs. I had made the comment at work, and what was said, I could not do it without a lathe, and should not even do it with a lathe. Wrong thing to tell me. I ask if I could use the lathe to hold the hub only and then use it to remove the paint afterwards. No lathe tools used. I like proving people wrong. I am amazed at why people do not think outside the box. What a cookie cutter world we live in.

I took all of the brake lines out, and also gutted the coupler hitch and welded it solid.

I bet you can't put it all back on. Just kidding. Looks like you did exactly what you set out to do. Looks plenty clean.
