I love those tips. How hard is it to install them. I would think you had to pull the tank. Yes?

Just an FYI, maybe its a little different on some models, but on my Prostar I replaced both tips with stainless and tank removal/movement was not necessary.

You can access hose clamps for aft exhaust hoses by laying down with ratchet and flashlight. The actual transom pass thru (flanges) are removed from exterior.

If you want easy install with factory fit SS tips, use these (expensive but plug and play for pre 1992 boats):

Double D

I see you removed the dog house with the rear floor section attached to the dog house, when I do that I have a very difficult time re aligning the rear floor, it's difficult aligning the rear floor to the 4 screw holes in the floor and the dog house. I don't understand why it's so difficult for me.

Any tricks os suggestions..

New trailer bearings and seals, painted the drums while they were off, new bake line across the axle and bleed the brakes.
