Finally warming up so I can do something out there. Put the battery back in, cleaned the EFI top end with carb cleaner, cleaned the flame arrestor, replaced both fuel filters, and am waiting for a new fuel sending unit (Sat.?). Replaced the impeller. I did hit the key just to see if it would start, it did. Only turned it over two or three revs. because I didn't have the "Fake a Lake" handy. You guys have to remember; this boat is new to me and I'm going nuts to just see if it would start. The P.O. didn't do a very good job of maintenance. I am a happy camper, (boater) Everything worked. tightened the battery cable, which was loose and charged it.

Cut the 1981 Sea Ray paddles down to a workable size that would fit in my ski locker. This is so I would be in compliance with the ski club’s certification.

After we made a new plug for the ski locker, I cleaned out the ski locker, placed 2 type 1 pfds, 2 paddles a fire extinguisher and cleaning supplies in there:

Haulers delivered the boat late last night so it was like Christmas morning today unwrapping the shrinkwrap and checking on it!

Now for the fun of removing the shrinkwrap tape residue and the old numbers. For sure need some prop cage rollers, drags like a son of a gun getting out of the driveway.
