The weather is actually quite nice today. Was out this morning with the snowblower to clean up he last of the overnight snow, and this afternoon to get rid of the snow the plows left at the bottom of the driveway. The weather here isn't so cold that you have to stop doing things outside.....some days you just need an extra layer.

Just put my knock sensors back in and reconnected manifold hoses, it's been 75 degrees lately, I'm going wakeboarding!

Wow! Never seen anybody cut the pylon off like that before! The pylon is seated in a base plate and secured with a bolt, and apparently lots of rust. You'll either need to find a new base plate or wrangle the stub out of that one and repair it. No matter, the base plate is not just bolted to the hull but bonded with resin. No easy task.

Reason it came out was that all mountings had rusted and was so badly oxidised! So doubt anything will be made out of it. Strange enough the stringers are very not much not equally spaced. will post picture now.

Like anything you get used to it. Kyle, you'd probably be some kind of mountain man stud with a bevy of snow bunnies bringing you hot toties.
