Wow! Never seen anybody cut the pylon off like that before! The pylon is seated in a base plate and secured with a bolt, and apparently lots of rust. You'll either need to find a new base plate or wrangle the stub out of that one and repair it. No matter, the base plate is not just bolted to the hull but bonded with resin. No easy task.

Reason it came out was that all mountings had rusted and was so badly oxidised! So doubt anything will be made out of it. Strange enough the stringers are very not much not equally spaced. will post picture now.
