Dang nice looking boat. I appreciate how tedious it is applying the stars.

My son and I applied the stars a couple years ago- we already had the text in place. We thought we could get it done in an hour or so, then take her out for an afternoon. Ha! It took a lot longer going on than I figured. An adjustable laser-level is the answer for next time.

Put the orginal brass prop on this weekend. Had fun getting the stainless steel one off. I snaped a couple of pictures of the remote install that I did in the driver's cup holder. This should keep it out of the weather. Also has picture of the cover I made to replace the old one that had the cutout for the old remote.

Started putting the boat back together for possible use this weekend (supposed to be nice in Seattle this weekend...).

Installed new shaft packing (gore-tex).

I did use a short piece of S40 PVC pipe with a cutout for the shaft to help seat the packing. Worked well.

Installed new impeller (no pics - self explanatory). Zip-tie around new one with some soapy water and it went right in.
