get used to it . trim tab or add lip to the hull

Some have seen some benefit to adding some weight to the front. As easy as it is to dunk the bow, that idea has never done much for me. If you want to go fast, throw a footer out back and let her rip - no porpoising then.

What about a different prop? What about a rudder with the wings?? Where can i find one of those that will fit my boat?

From what I have read adding a small hook to the hull will help.

Adding essentially a small wedge to the back edge on the bottom of the hull providing a little more down force on the bow. That is the extent of my knowledge on this subject. Might take a little searching to find more info here.

That is correct, you can tune the wheel to make this stop. I know a guy in another forum that explained it all out but i can't find it right now. I'm sure Eric at OJ would be able to help you out. If not PM me and I will give you contact info on the guy I know. He built a wood boat that has a V drive HOT ROD motor in it. He has tweeked it out and I know he can explain this.
