how to install bushings?

Can some one tell or show me how to install the Transmission Bushing. I'm not for sure if the picture is going to show but it is the top one. I tried to move it the other day. Not for sure how to get some pressure off to install new bushings!

Here is the picture i could not get it to load yesterday! One of those days!

Why can't you just unbolt that bracket by removing the two bolts showing in the right side of the picture?

well i thought of that. but not for sure if i would be able to make sure i got it exactly where it was before. this is my first time messing with the mounts. i wonder how much pressure is actually on those mounts.
