Cash Rewards program
I'm submitting paperwork to claim the Cash Reward rebate on a boat purchased in 2006, but I've heard rumors of insolvency with CRI, the provider- does anyone have recent experience in claiming the rebate?

Cash Rewards is a touchy subject here. Some members have been somewhat vocal about their opposition to the concept, while MasterCraft's position has been that this is a viable and appropriate marketing tool. The interplay has led to some contention within the group.
I don't know anything about their viability.

I've spoken with them several times. Funny how the program is sometimes questioned and bashed here, but nobody calls them directly with questions. I will say the required paperwork can be a little tricky. As Bigmac mentioned, it is a touchy subject here. Hopefully you have submitted all the initial paperwork properly and have your receipt from certified mail from 3 years ago...the rest of the paperwork should be easy to come up with. Read it carefully. I'm no expert on the program but have done some research. PM me if you want any of my thoughts on it.
