how do i get sponsered by a company
Me and a Freind of mine are really good at wakeboarding and im looking for some sponsers so i can get gear and so i can get in campations. i have a new $300 board and i broke my bindings twice because they where cheap so i need those and i need a boat. i have been practicing behind a jetski and i get a small wake so its hard to get better then i am, i can do the basics and i can almost complete a back flip but no wake. i also go some new moves i would like to see if they are posible.

Iwould hit all the board shops and marinas in your area. Let them know what you are doing and where you hope to be in the future. Take some photos and film yourself boarding, meet with them and show them your photos and films. you never know what can happen. The way the dollar is going it may be tough. Companies are finding it harder and harder to spend money and sponsor riders. Good luck.

i know i would only get small stuff at first like binkings and a board. the boat would more than likely be like simi pro. sooo. but like i said i need binkings the most and boards there always need to but its hard with no boat. so if u also know a cheep way to get a boat maybe i could at least practice of that.

sponsorship
getting sponsered for a boat is very difficult but maybe for equiptment could be a go,but keep in mind its not just about what u can get, a buissness needs to know what return u can make for them. good comp results is a start so u wil have to work on this 1st. we have been competing for 4yrs with excellent results and have not had a boat contract.......yet. but take a look how my son rides and compare. click here http://www.vimeo.com/4620279
