Mobil Delvac ESP Oil

Yeah i know another oil question...
I've been using Mobil Delvac 15w40 in the motor...(04 x2 mcx)...today i'm changing the tranny because i didn't have time last fall (i usually dump both every year before it goes into storage). I would be putting that same Delvac in but a few cases of Mobil 1 Delvac ESP 5w40 were kindly donated to me from my old work so i'd like to start using it. If you look they both satisfy the same requirements

if i remeber indmar also wants sj-4 too??? if that's true neither one meets that

of course the big thing with esp is that it's fully synthetic... think it's ok to use in the tranny and engine?

Probably wouldn't hurt the engine, but it doesn't meet the viscosity requirements of the transmission and I wouldn't use it.
