The event rocks this year! We have some great bands and an awesome venue. One piece of avdice though, don't watch Observe and Report I should have walked out but had a bunch of people from our ad agency.

We are a platinum sponsor this year so I have a pass that gets me into everything. I don't drink so I don't worry about the bars too much, but it is nice to get into what ever movie or concert I want to see without waiting in line. Sad part is working in my hotel room from 6am-6:30pm with no room service at lunch I always have plenty of bars to eat. I hope to get out more Thur and Fri once I get some projects done.

Swing by Opal Devine on 6th almost to Lamar. Great beer menu.
The burgers at Casino el Camino are excellent as well, though I'm told that their fries are a mere shadow of their former self.

Anyone in/near Austin can come by my venue for free concerts & drinks from 2-6pm. I have a nice little 20' LED screen/twitterfiti installation just accross from the convention center. I am only going to be there Thurs through Sat this year. If anyone's around swing by or shoot me a PM.
