Sodar's dropped a dozen cell phones. You'll have another chance.

One very heavy swim platform, a set of prescription sunglasses, a MC towel.

So far, my wife has everyone beat...
1 carat $7500 diamond wedding ring. No recovery.

/frank

p.s. In her defense, she wasn't skiing that day. She'd banged her finger earlier in the day, and the ring was irritating her finger so she took it off and put it in her breast pocket. Someone dropped the flag overboard, she reached over the rail to get it, and...well, it wasn't a very good day after that.
Yes, we have a bag in the glove box for rings, wallets, keys, etc., but she didn't want to use it.

Dropped my wallet in the lake and didn't miss it until home. Cancelled the cards and reordered the license.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

I will personally vouch for this phone, It has been in my pocket wakeboarding many times on accident many times, and ive even answered calls while boarding. Pretty much all of the people who i ride with have the same phone and love it. only one ive heard of breaking was when one was left on a back bumper at the ramp, and it ended up getting run over by the boat

oh yeah and it was advertised in Surf Magazine as taking it out in the pipeline with you. so i would assume if they are advertising it for salt water its pretty tuff!
