Teak Coffee Table??

Has anyone ever seen or built one?

I am decorating my den at our new house in a boat/beach theme, and thought that it would be cool to build one. I just need to find one sorta cheap. Preferably an older platform to cut on the cost. I checked the marketplace, ebay, and amazon....any ideas?

Thank you

Not sure what you consider cheap, but I bought this one last year. http://www.westminsterteak.com/PID14...k-Coffee-Table

Go to a place that sells outdoor furnishings. They sell all kinds of teak furniture. If you want to build it yourself, teak is about $25/board foot.

I could never have this in the house. My son would stand on it a wizz on the couch every day.

Sams Club has one for $203.00, including shipping. Sounds like a good deal to me.
