I think the Nissan was not even worth testing. I remember hearing somewhere that they have a 600 day supply of the truck on dealer lots. Plus they are being made at the dodge plant, so the build quality isn't probably so good.

That is definitely what I am talking about! What year is that? I got out of the sport in the early 90s, and that bike looks alot like one I had then.

It's a 1993 and I bought it a few years ago from a guy who bought it new and used it a few times then stuck it in the corner of the garage and there it sat until I bought it. As you can see it's box stock except the renthal bars and in great condition

They should do test on why the Ford dealer cant figure out the abs light signal on the old Explorer I had.
Or which seats were more comfortable as I feel some Chevy's are just more comfortable.

I guess that is your opinion, but I think the truest test would be to compare it to all of the competitive full size trucks out there. I like seeing these "head to head" tests so the consumer can make the best choice for their needs. The Titans are being made in Canton, MS at their Nissan plant. The future plan is to build them at the Dodge plant, but that isn't until 2010 and I believe that joint venture may be in danger if the big three don't get bailed out. They have approximately 160 days inventory for the Titan. (600 days and they wouldn't be in business any more. )

2007 GMC ALL THE WAY BABY!!! Love my Truck and have no complaints. I run a 32 all terrain tires with 20inch wheels and a 3 inch lift and still get 16 in the city. 12 pulling my pro star at 80mph! I also pull an 18 foot car trailer with 5 quads and fully loaded with gear and 5 people in the truck, it pulls like a dream. My truck is pictured in other threds. (Tow vehicles). I would buy it again if i had to.

Cool video.
When I was looking at the ford site building a new F-150 the other day, I saw they have the option of a 3.08 rear axle. I am sure that is what they used for the fuel tests. Not a good ratio to use in the real truck world.

I also had a 97 F-150 and traded it in with 131K on it to get a 2008. Love both trucks.

Very cool. Looks excellent. I think my last KX250 was a '90. Definitely miss it, but boating keeps the bank account so low, there is nothing left for MX'ing.

Not likely. If it performed poorly in the test it would boost their image even more. Why would they miss out on an opportunity to slam a competitor? My hunch is that they did test it and it performed well so they left it out of the sales ad. By the way, have you driven a Titan lately? (borrowing from an old Ford sales pitch)
