I have the Primo, same as the Big Green Egg but made in USA!

Yeh...Primo, Grill Dome, Big Green Egg...all pretty much the same. Personally, I care how the burgers taste, not where it's made.

Better than gas IMO. I have the large egg. It's warm in a little over 5 minutes.

Any one have a good receipe for Baby Back Ribs on the BGE , maybe also some cooking instructions

I use a 2-2-1 cooking method. Rub the ribs down a few hours before with your favorite seasoning blend. Get set for indirect heat at 225 and load up the wood chunks for heavy smoke. Put ribs on for 2 hours (don't peek). Then wrap the ribs in foil and continue to cook for 2 more hours. Unwrap and put them back on for the final hour.

These turn out Memphis' dry' style but moist and super tender. If you prefer you can add sauce in the last 15 minutes or so of cooking.

Glad they turned out for you. Just as a note if the meatier St Louis cut ribs are used you can just change it to 3-2-1.

i am very excited as I have joined the Green Egg Club! My wife bought me an XL for Christmas. It gets delivered on Saturday when we get back from the inlaws. Very excited!!!

I hope everyone had a good Christmas.
