Stu--I'll let you know. T-14 minutes and counting.
 Jeff--the dealer had a plate setter with broken legs, for a large. He gave it to me for nothing. I took my orbital buffer/sander, with a tile cutting blade, and cut it into a square. It is essentially a pizza stone now.

The shrimp was AWESOME!! Marinated in olive oil and garlic and than cooked while spraying with I can't believe it's not butter and lemon. It melted in my mouth!
