Anyone add another set of rear Ballast Tanks in X-2?

Anyone add another set of rear Ballast Tanks in X-2? I just bought a set of rear factory ballast tanks fo rmy 04' X-2. I am pretty comfortable with the installation of these, but was wondering if anyone else had done this or had any tips for me to help save some time.

I didn't add another set of tanks, but I did remove the stock tanks and replace them with 580# sacks. Perfect fit and more storage space when not being used.

I've always heard of people replacing the hard tanks with the sacs instead of adding another tank.

One thing to look at is the accessibility to the engine (removing the panels) when you add the other tank in there. I haven't looked in the rear compartments of an X-2 but on my older Xstar, we wouldn't be able to pull out those panels if there was another tank back there. But maybe you could modify the panels to come out easier.

Let us know how it works!
