Or waterskis.com, think it's midwest MC's site. $29 or $30 there too. Most places I looked on line were close to $40/ea.

Google green ballast impellers. Two places at the top of the search - first is 30, second is 38.

I replaced my ballast impellers back in 2006 with the blue impellers from Globe and have not had a problem since. They are supposed to be guaranteed for 15 min. run dry. Back then I bought them for $13.00 each. Now they are $20 here: Globe Impellers

Just checked out my ballast impellers on my 05 xstar, and I thought they would be shot, but they seem to be fine. It is odd since the ballast gauges seem to be reading full, or partly full. Anyone have any issues similar to this?

Also looked a bit closer and found that I have 3 ballast pumps, all different part numbers. One was newer with a green impeller (looks like the whole pump was replaced), and two are older with the yellow impellers. The older pumps were much noisier than the newer pump with the green impeller.
