2007 XStar idles at 1500 -3000rpm

I have a 2007 XStar MCX. Having problems with varying idle RPMS. Sometimes it's at 600 then 1200 and even up to 3000. While driving the RPMS will wonder 500+ at times. Sometimes the boat runs just fine then it will have these symptoms. Any ideas, PLEASE

Take it back to the dealer. 2007 boat should have warranty on repairs.

I would take it to the dealer but my wife and kids are on the lake and I am heading down to meet them for the next week. I am trying to see if the dealer will overnight a throttle position sensor to the campground. I am not sure if this is the problem or not.

Did you fix it? If so, what was the problem?
