There is very little room to mount a sub with a enclosure. Mine has a heater and it takes up quite a bit room. The factory clarion sub in mine does make some bass but not great as it is open air.My local stereo guy said you can get shallow subs that need about 1 cubic ft min for the enclosure. What about a bass tube that sits behind the front drivers bow and port it to the panel under the drivers cockpit?

i am thinking of a sub box sitting behind my drivers seat.

that is mostly dead space except for the cooler and unless i use the jumbo one there would still be plenty of room!!

any thoughts?
plus with this i could just unplug it and take it out in the winter!!!

hey webmailchad,

how do you like that M1400 with the 10W6V2?

are you running it at 2ohms or 4ohms?

sealed or ported? why wanting to move? just for space? or does it not sound good?

thanks in advance
