Mario's dock reminded me of a place I saw that was up for sale last summer. I'm kicking myself for not saving the photos. It was beyond perfect. (I guess I'm kicking myself more that I didn't have the dough to drop on it.)

Here's a screen shot from google maps. Yes the boat in the slip is a MasterCraft. A 96ish 205 I think.

If you look up the right side of the canal, straight up from the boat, on the other side of the big tree, there's a depression in the grass...

That's the boat launch

That just away to far for us to come boating, I live near antwerp. But we only have cannals :/

Prostar and the old mans pontoon. Getting rid of the canopy so I don't have to fold down the tower every time I pull in.
