Whats the tri-hull on the lift? Just curious. Obviously the MC is under the canopy!

Oh my god yes! When I have to cover a boat at the marina sitting on the gas dock with it having only one side of the boat toward the dock it is a pain. It is so much easier being able to access both sides....and its nice because you don't have to file into the boat you can get in on either side!

What do you do if the water level ever drops, 3.3 is pretty close to the bottom

Mine is a floating dock with plastic flotation. Decking is a composite material called Evergrain. Hardware is black powdercoated aluminum and rubrails are all black.

We go up everyweekend. And we have good neighboors that take care of us. I also have a good friend that lives up there so he lets me know whats up. We are adding another 10' section to put it out deeper.

Here's a pic of mine from a couple years ago. Still pretty-much the same, except for some small mod's on the lift cradle.
