Engine Oil - 5Qts ?
I have a 1992 ProStar 190 with 351 285HP and wanted to double check that it take 5 qts with an oil and filter change. My engine doesn't have the oringinal dipstick and I nevery know if I have the right amount oil.

Have a 6th available. Fill up with 5, run the engine for a second and then check the dipstick. You should have to fill it around 3/4 more.

If its smoking then you added to much
 It usually takes 5 qts of oil, if you add too much you can foul out your spark plugs....
