I'm on the other side, do you use any of the lakes in central Florida around Orlando at all? I'm looking for some more places to try out.

I live on a lake in Orlando, Fl. I used to rent a condo on Lake Seminole in pinellas county. I grew up in St. Petersburg and visit my folks there regularly.

I have not had a chance to make it out to any other lake than Lake Tarpon so far. Wanting to visit other lakes because Tarpon gets so busy in the summer.

Raised in Tampa and was there over the weekend. Lake Tarpon, some BIG gators in there. Plus it's pretty wide open. Where in the Bay area do you live? Talk to Jim@BAWS he should be able to tell you some good spots. A friend of mine lives on Placid, it is a nice lake.

I usually go to Lake Lizzie. It's around Kissimmee somewhere. It's about a 45 mile drive for me, but it's pretty nice and there are actually 3 lakes joined by canals there.

Born and raised in Pinellas

Live in Oldsmar and bought the boat from Jim, I sold him my first boat. It was garage kept most of its life so the shape it was in was excellent for a 1984

Should be hitting the lake this weekend and usually hit it early, hoping to go both Saturday and Sunday. We should hook up, you're welcome to come with if you want. Contact me and let me know, you can IM me on Yahoo. I could always use another driver.
