Depending on exactly what you need, you might want to check with the guys at: http://mymastercraft.com
I recently ordered the bow carpet for my '99 205 from them. It was a perfect match to the OEM carpet. They were very knowledgeable to great to work with!

Carpet

I have been looking for some carpet for a 91 PS 190 for some time. It is hard to find the same original color. I have been all over. Another good place to look is local marine upholsterers, as they have a lot of carpet remnants from recarpeting boats. I hope you have better luck than me.

Definately not, you want good anti mildew marine carpet.

I would try large marine mail order supplies as well.

Often they have a good selection of the right stuff.

Let me know if they do, because they told me they would not cut me a small piece.
