08 Rewind DVD on eBay? These are free at your local MC dealer... Right Or did I just score a DVD that I was supposed to pay for..

I assumed it was free and got charged for it in 04 on top of some stuff I ordered from a dealer.

I definitely should have asked, but I always think about it when people mention the rewind DVD. I have not called back since.
