Electric Choke Ground

As usual, I have a very simple, somewhat stupid question. Where is the ring terminal supposed to be connected for the ground wire on the electric choke? I removed the carb for rebuild, and of course forgot where that connection is grounded.

I'm assuming it can go under any screw on the carb, but for some reason I'm thinking it orginally was under a screw on the vacuum secondary diaphragm cover. Is that correct? Thanks.

I know this is a bit delayed, but, Yes. The ground wire is connected to the screw holding the cap on the secondary diaphram.
