I had heard about the crushing of the GM EV cars before and believed it then and still do. I makes perfect sense for the oil companies to buy the car companies out. The BIG GUNS will be dead and it will be their kids problem when we run out of oil, so for now they are raking it in for their kids to live off of in the future and for them to live off of now and they are living good, I might add. I just hope hell won't run out of oil before they burn there!

let's look at it like this
You make a product that is dependent on a proprietary battery or important part.
your competition covertly buys the company that builds that proprietary battery, they squeeze you out of business, then sell off the battery company in 5 years...... after patent license expires perhaps
