Converting rear bench to a sunpad???

I have been thinking of removing my rear bench and retro fitting a sunpad in it's place. Don't want to be able to lower it to a bench but leave it in the sunpad position or remove it entirely. Anyone done this or have any thoughts about how to do it? If you have post some pics please.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.

It's a whole instructional thing with pictures in a word doc. I'll see if the word doc will post tomorrow.
