Question X30 prop recommendations

I have an 07 X30 with the LY6 turning an 14.25 X 14.75 OJ. Looking to see what others are using (pros & cons). Looking for a little better hole-shot and right now I'm hitting the rev limiter on the top end. Only using stock ballast.

I have a 2002 X30 with the L18 and I'm running an OJ XMP 13.5 x 17. I gives a great hole shot but I do loose some top end. However, I really don't care since the lake that we boat on get so choppy that I can not go over 25-30 mph. I run about 2,000 lbs of water in mine and the L-18 has no problem with that much ballast and a full load of people.

I would try the 13.5 X 17 OJ XMP, I had that on my '03 230. Just make a deal with your prop supplier that if you're not happy you can exchange it for something else. The OJ people are very helpful with prop selection, from what everyone says. (As well as the ACME folks too)
