Not for the cops it won't. It said he was noncompliant...end of story.

I dunno Bri, this one sounds kinda sticky to me. Looks like 5 or 6 cops got him on the ground, and then they taze him..... From teh videos I watched, didnt look like he was fighting them or resisting with force. He was just shooting off his mouth. I think this ones gonna get ugly, fast. I smell lawsuit. Just my opinion.

Well, I wasn't there. However, if they told him to do something and he did not and then he continued to be noncompliant, in the slightest way, well they were in the right.

Once again we don't give the cops the benefit of the doubt. If they told what to do and he didn't do it on several occasions he gets tazed. There may be other cops on this board, but from what I know about tazers and use of force they are up towards the top of things that come out early. If you were to spray him in that auditorium you'd contanimate half the audience. I say taze his a$$ early and often if he doesn't do what the police are telling him to do.....
