We ski, surf, and board. From what I've read and seen so far, experience will be similar to the 205V but with a little more room. (96" beam). I will let you know but I think it will be good.

I made the same switch, space was the main reason. Plus there are plenty of dd boats in my club to ski behind

Rusty nice looking boat. Congrats. You'll love the X2. I have a 2010 and absolute love mine. I do add additional bags in the rear and two smaller one's near the cooler side. It makes a bid difference. If I have the boat loaded with people then I don't use the one's in the floor near the cooler.

You can surf behind the boat easily with the stock set up but when you're trying to do 360's. The bigger the wake the easier to do.

BTW I never use additional ballast with kids. They are so light and I find it easier for them not to have such a big wake when surfing.

Zero Off GPS transponder location?

Hey all you X2's with Zero Off! Where is your Zero Off GPS transponder located? I went over my X2 last night and couldn't find it. Many thanks.

What lake do you boat on?

Always get treated well @Rambo; they are the best.

We ride on Tims Ford - beautiful lake and for the most part not that much traffic.

Rusty, we boat mainly on Center Hill, but we do normally rent a house at least once a year on Tim's Ford and haul the boat. I grew up on Tim's Ford and know every corner. It's a very nice lake. Hope to see you there this summer.

We go to either Guntersville or Tims Ford, depends on how we feel that weekend. Flag me down if you see us on the lake.
