This is how you catch an edge on a wakeskate!

We thought the edge might have been getting a little soft- A flat spin on the water, leaning a little forward, and WHAMMO! this board had never seen sliders or any hard surface. Anyone recommend a nice skate?

Wow it looks like you hit a log. Ive never wakeskated but I'll keep it in mind not to do that spin when I start.

I have a couple of Hyperlites that I pass around. A Gate and a Byerly I believe. The Gate gets the most use.

I agree but I am not. I buy and have fun. The Gate is nice and cool but the Byerly is much more like a board. Fun stuff for this old guy anyway!
