Got stuck in Indiana because of freezing rain.

Headed home for Christmas from Georgia to Indiana. We got to Indianapolis stopped to eat. We then spent 5 hours going west on Hwy 40 and went 20 miles. After almost sliding off the road. He pulled over in a parking lot and waited it out. At 4:00 am, state troopers came by and said the road was open. We were able to drive around 20 miles at 25 mph and got in at 5:00 am. It was 22 + hours in the SUV. I like coming home, but I hate Indiana winters.

In MKE, we laugh at 30 degrees. HA! We had -9F in the out-lying areas last week and so far, we've had about 36" of snow. It's 52F now and raining. A lot of the snow is gone/compressed/settled because of the rain/fog and I can now see over the piles next to my driveway.

It's supposed to get up to 27F tomorrow.
