I know a guy who (foots) ski's at "Mills Pond". Let me know excatly when you want to go and I'll do my best to get you together!

It's located off of NW 9 Ave (Powerline Road) and 19th Street.

You can see it, off to the rt. of I-95 Northbound
North of Sunrise Blvd/ South of Oakland Park Blvd.

The "Gold Coast Ski Club" runs a few boats there as well ... and if that doesn't work for you --

There's a Cable Ski Park in Deerfield Beach, North of Frt. Lauderdale off I-95.

Thanks for the help. Contact me at Jkopp@ckhnet.com and leave a your contact info. It looks like next Wed is when I will be looking to kill some time. I do some footing also but just enough to be dangerous. I have checked Skirixen and it will be an alternative if a ride does not work out. I more than willing to buy gas and beverages.

Not as good as the previous information but there is a ski school in the area where you could get a few quick pulls:http://www.mcski.com/
