What is 303?

I see a lot of you recommend something called 303? My interior is in good shape, I just want something to clean it and make it shine again. Will 303 do this? If so what is the full name and where can I get it? West Marine?

Does the 303 aerospace protectant clean as well as protect the vinyl? Or would I have to purchase a 303 cleaner to do that? Thanks.

The 303 Aerospace Protectant does not clean. It is just a protectant.
