Forgot to mention, love the truck. That colour was on the top of my list but went with silver to match the new boat. Talking to other guys I work with that have had their 2014's for a little while now and they all agree they are getting better mileage than their old GMs.

I haven't had a ton of problems with my 2003 Sierra Denali, but it's had it's moments. I drove the new 5.3L Sierra, but couldn't find a 6.2L to drive that wasn't 2.5 hours away. I spent time test driving the new 2014s from all the manufacturers and I was very impressed by all of them. Some very nice choices out there right now. Keep your fingers crossed for me since you put the jinx on

I did order it with the 3.92 rear end so it should tow pretty well.

3.92??? Holy crap. Didnt know you could get those from the factory. What kind of mileage is expected from that?

So far I've heard everything from 15 to 21 mpg. Either way it's an improvement over the 13.5 that I've averaged over the last 10+ years. The Hemi gets the 3.21 and the eco diesel gets the 3.55 stock. You can add the 3.92 to either.
