the boat is built for running very shallow rocky mountain rivers.8 degree variable hull.it has a 1/2" thick keel and 3/8" bow and wings, covered by 1/2" teflon that is doubled up on the keel.motor is a 175 sportjet with a scott trim nozzle.gets me too great hunting areas that are otherwise unaccessable.but i mainly just run in small creeks and skinny back chanels trying not to get stuck.

I'm not sure about about the brands and models of river boats but my buddy (in Dawson Creek / Chetwynd BC) spent X-2 kind of dollars on his custom built one. $70 ish I think? I haven't been out in his yet but I imagine it looks similar to yours.

it is an absolute blast to drive as long as you don't mind pushing every now and then.here's a couple more stuck pics.when it's rock the teflon slides nicely,in a mud flat like the one pic it is a nightmare to get out.the one shows how close to the trees you get.

If Mastercraft made one of those with a pylon, they could probably sell a bunch down in Texas where there is no water.
