Pete,
We know someone that uses a honda minivan to tow their 205 all over the place, in addition to in/out of the water w/o problems. With the HP you mentioned, you probably have a V-6 in the car, which should be plenty of weight on the front tires to get you up the ramp. Plus, if it is a subdivision launch (private), that may reduce the possibility of it being wet. If in doubt, let me know when you plan your trial run, so we can be spectators, with the truck & strap nearby to help. Funny story / thread hijack, since we're way off topic anyway: Had to pull a guy up the ramp this summer up north. He had his front tires stuck in the sand at the end of the ramp, he was "washing" them off after running over a skunk....

Thanks a million, we'll strap a hitch on this Grand Prix and see what she can do. It's a 3.8L V-6 up front, which probably weighs in at a good amount like you had suggested. Don't know if the block is aluminum or steel, but it's a good sized motor. Talk to you soon.

Hey Pete last spring I saw some guys at the gas station pulling a Sunsetter with a GP coupe. Obviously can't say how they did at the ramp but the GP moved that tub so you might be OK...

I wish this had MC all over it, but it's still one of the coolest tow vehicles ever! Painted tribal flames, in-dash DVD, and best of all a freakin' tower! Now come on, how many trucks have you ever seen with a wakeboard tower? That is awseome. It belongs to the local MB Boats dealer.
I sure wish the pics were better. That's the best my little pocket PC will do.
