Pics from yesterday taking the X-Star out of the lake for the season and taking it to Buckeye for Winter Storage... see you in 6 months!

Touareg tows the X-star like a champ.... air suspension keeps the truck level too... Accelleration is great as 1-4th gear is close ratio and 5-6 is spaced out for fuel ecomony. Rarely even on incline does the truck kick down more than one gear going 60-65 mph down the highway.

Mind you no mountains to climb.

You're going to like the Tundra, Cam. I love mine. Tows like there's nothing there...of course I'm not towing an X-45 or 300 . Ride is awesome! Very comfortable. I looked at the '07 and later, but I just can't justify the bux to spend on all that stuff I don't need.

When one opt's for the, Limited Trim, it bumps up the price to over $43k and the option to choose the OffRoad Package. Remember it's an OffRoad package and not a 4-Wheel package...lol

I have an 06 tundra with a LSD. No problems at the launch. Even when wet.
