Grasshopper
The way the housing market is in Sol. Cal. Now and for the next 1 to 2 years you should find a home that fits you……. And $40,000 is about right, or look about inside storage $150. A month for a year $1800. That is 22 years of storage? How long do you think you will be in this home?

Oh Great Wise One!

I am not looking to buy... just getting an idea of what areas I like and what options are out there.

NOT breakin yourbulls here mcdoon, but I cannot help but think about all the energy and pollution that went into design, manufacture and marketing of green products like this one...... and it uses alkaline batteries! uhgh

As you know we were both razed within 10 miles of each other, and I do love it here…. but things have changed, some good, some bad…….. The grass is never greener, but I would like to retire early, and if I stay here I would need to work for 10 more years ………… I do see your point if I was your age I would be looking in the Seal Beach/ HB area…… good luck

Oh! I see Solar powered. If you look in the picture very closely at the shiny trim ring on WFT's rallys, It will tell you a lot about his garage..

Your rendition of your garage is a work of art
