I'm here, and will be back shortly! I'm going to Wendy's and get some Frosties and put them in the freezer for the upcoming Winter Storm Thur. and Fri., that way if the power goes out we will have something warm to eat!

The doctor took some x-rays, said everything looked normal, prescribed muscle relaxers, heat, and showed me some neck exercises for C8-T1.

hand is still numb

told him about my little research last night...... and I was wondering if my upper back pain and numb hands had anything to do with problems in the C7-T1 area.

He said he thought the hands were controlled by a different area of vertibrae, but he would double check while I was in X-Ray.....

came back, and he said I was right, except it was C8 instead of C7
