Ballast and PP Install

After atleast a month or two of planning and researching, my dad and I got the time to work on installing a four bag autofill ballast system in my 1999 X-star. i used P-hat_in_Cincy's ballast install http://www.wakesiderides.com/rides/i...ge=out&id=1482 as a guide, and changed a few things to fit my boat.

i have (1) 700lb fly high bag on either side of the engine, (1) 375lb fly high tube sac in the ski locker and (1) 400lb integrated bow sac in the front under the seats. i'm running (3) Jabsco puppy pumps to fill and drain the bags: (2) are 15A pumps, these each fill a side sac in the back, and the third pump is a 20A and it fills the tube sac and the front sac. i have these two bags running from a "T" connection and i have a ball valve to regulate the flow to the pumps since they won't be filled the same amount.

i won't get too technical, since i just followed P-hat_in_Cincy's install, but check out the pictures and share in my enthusiasm.

o yeah, i also installed P.P. too.
i couldn't have done it without the help of paul (p-hat_in_cincy) and my dad!!!!!!!!

I wanna see those pics! I'm doing ballast and PP in my 205V this spring. Did you get the new PP with the white backlit display?

talk to paul and read his article on his install first...that will give you a guide for what you need to do. i'm working on getting more pictures.
