Buddy and I just finished a 50 mile ride in 45 degree temps. Freezing! Buddy just picked up the 04 KTM 450. I've been on Yamaha's forever but after riding on the KTM I might have to up grade!? I love the sound they put out.

After a lifetime of mounts from Japan and Germany, I too drank the orange kool-aide last year. I'm hooked on the stuff.

My KTM400EXC loaded with stuff from enduro engineering was the best all around wood bike I ever owned and I have owned every color out there. The neutral balance of this bike made riding less tiresome and made me a faster rider even at 44.

You mean way back when you were 44?

Covi -

That is a great combination. The KTM 450 is a great machine. I have ridden both the 450 and 520 and you can not go wrong. M buddy just sold his 520EXC and went to the new Husaberg 530 and that is an incredible machine as well. It's hard to go wrong with dirt bikes - they are all a ton of fun!

Nice guys, Yea I thought the KTM was superbly balanced. The torque was incredible. I'd love to put my leg over a Husaberg though.
