Winterization procedure for closed cooling system
Anyone out there know where I can find this, or know the basic procedure. Became the proud owner of a 2001 X-Star this year but unfortunately the time has come to winterize. Never had an MC with a closed cooling system so am a little confused.
It's the standard Indmar 310hp with an Orca (half system) closed cooling system. Any ideas much appreciated. thanks |

Haven't ever done this personally, but the new owners manual has this in the winterization section. Most of the owners manuals are available for download under the "knowledge center" tab at www.mastercraft.com. Good luck.

Thanks Eastie!! I was wondering about this too, as this is the first winter I am leaving my boat at my parents vacation house. It gets into the low 30's about 4 times a year. At least I have a little peice of mind now!
