Lost one of my girl...

Came home from work friday to find one of my dog not feeling well.
She felt better on Saturday morning ,ate and went for 20 minutes walk.
Then it got worst, she was getting really weak and we went to the emergency vet only to find out that she was bleeding internally from a probably a burst tumor, her intestins were full of blood...We stayed with her until the end.
I rescued her at the age of 10.5 years so i got to spend a nice year and a half with her.She was living previously in a big city ,Montreal, and adapted to living on a lake like any Lab would do,perfectly.
We took her back home and she's now forever resting 15 feet from the lake she enjoyed so much.
I have hugged my other Lab so much since yestersay,it was the hardest week end of my life.
I know she went us to rescue another Lab for sure so that's just what i'll do.
Good bye Heïdi,you were a very courageous dog yesterday...
I'll NEVER forget you.

Sorry for your lost Andre . I am sure she loved you just as much as you loved her . The last year and a half had to have been great for her living on a lake . Thank you for rescuing her and sharing your life with Heidi . Keep hugging your other Lab . It is wonderful that you have plans to rescue another Lab in the future . Take care

Sorry for your loss, she was a good looking pup! You did her right by placing her in a good resting spot!!
