We used to have a ridgeback, what a great dog.

4 years old, you may finally be out of the puppy (chewing) stage...

She's calmed down some. But with a 16 month old boy in the house she has become his jungle gym. They get along great and are always playing, ridgebacks are great family dogs.

Our Blue English Staffy Jager. Usually likes sitting under the dash at my feet but an exceptionally nice afternoon brought him out for a look!

Out for some wakeboard and surf action today and our dog Scout has to have as much water time as everyone else. This golden retriever just loves the water and can swim quite a bit faster than I can.

Picture is from the GoPro and we were just in the water, so forgive the spots.

Some Sunday action with my Husky, Kira...

She tends to take over the bow seating even though the girls are up there.

The last two are of my brothers dog Scooby, leading the way and trying to sit in the water but his butt kept floating up.

What was air temp and how ling did you have her out? I'm always a bit worried about overheating my female husky. How long do you think is too long?

I usually only get to take her out early in the day. Also, beginning and end of the season.

The air temp was chilly, 74, but sometimes the sun was hot. That's why we tie her up with a long rope and allow her to get in the water when she wants. If were moving slow, she tries to find the shade. If were moving fast, she stands in the walk-through backwards and allows the wind to blow up her skirt. Result = hair flying everywhere....

He have had her out on warmer days and for a good 6-8 hours or so. We'll give her plenty of water and extra in-water time if we think she needs it.
