Here is Maddie. She is a mutt that we got through Critter Rescue when she was 10 weeks old. She just turned 2 on November 1st. As far as we can tell she is part lab part husky and totally spoiled. If she didn't shed as much as she does we would take her on the boat with us......she loves my parent's pontoon boat. Last year we took her out in our old Sportstar closed bow. We idled into a boat launch with no dock and I crawled over the windshield and sat on the nose of the boat. When I hopped in the water she jumped over the windshield and hit the fresh wax job. All four legs went into a different direction and she hit the water. What a sight to see

Bowie late last year I think he is around 6 mo. in this picture. He does not really care for the water all that much but really loves being in the boat when it's out in the drive way.

After having a great German Shepherd, I don't know if I could own another dog. Fletch goes pretty much everywhere with me.

Feel the same way about my Golden Retriever. Lost her in October 2001 and haven't wanted another dog since then.

To me, this forum is about love of inboard boats. It is about the sharing of information and, on a good day, some humor. It is not about post count, brand of boat, or any other superfluous labels that lend themselves to a false sense of superiority. Please, respect one another, try to pass on accurate information, and keep your eye on the ball.
