True... There wasn't any. I ran 5 @ 15/34 was best I did. I ran the whole second set @ 32 to show some mercy on the elbow (it's getting that twinge again).

Damn in the elbow - I know that hurts... you need to ski with a tennis elbow brace for awhile - I did on 2011 - now that my strength is up I have no problems so far. Any snap in the rope when loading up travels right to the elbow ligaments/tendons...
