Bad news. Broke my femur real bad 6 years ago. Brutal injury, particularly if she has multiple, non-union breaks. Feel bad for her.

That sounds like a tough situation. If you could choose to have a medical situation anywhere in that entire part of the world, Singapore would be a very good place. Modern, state of the art, technology driven society, great infrastructure. They can probably take good care of her.
